Founder & Lead Consultant
I'm a criminologist, sociologist, educator, survivor, and advocate who believes that the systems designed to support survivors should actually work for them.
Throughout my career, I've worked alongside survivors, law enforcement, prosecutors, healthcare professionals, advocates, and community organizations. I've seen extraordinary people doing meaningful work, but I've also witnessed how bureaucracy, limited resources, and disconnected systems can prevent survivors from receiving the support they deserve.
I founded Pedalino & Co. because I wanted to do this work differently.
My approach combines academic research, professional experience, and a deeply personal commitment to creating change. Whether I'm training professionals, evaluating programs, consulting on a case, or helping agencies collaborate, my goal is the same: turn knowledge into action and help build systems that better serve the people relying on them.
Because survivors deserve better. And the professionals working to support them deserve the tools to do better, too.
